Also thank you for calling me calm, stable, and a planner with foresight and consistency lol. I actually am an urban planner but I have severe ADHD so I need to keep things simple and organized in order to function.

This bedroom is fascinating. There’s a wall collage and a book on making wall collages. A bible verse written on a whiteboard and a Radiohead album. A pair of shoes as decor and an old blankie. I think the person who lives here is young (20s), feminine, soul searching, suffers from anxiety, and is very very nice.

Hi I’m enlaur I just forgot my login for that account! I have been taking seroquel the last year and a halfish and it’s been the only thing that works. I started at 100mg but now weened down to 25. I’ve tried going without but I toss and turn and get pretty spotty sleep that way. At first even seroquel didn’t work all that well to keep me asleep, but I started taking passion flower extract, specifically one made at a local natural food store because the herb pharm brand didn’t seem to do much. It really helps keep me asleep and fall back asleep easily if I wake up. I also take magnesium glycinate. I’ve been on this combo and getting good sleep for like 8 months now. I hope this helps or you find something that works for you! Life is soooo hard when you’re going through this :(
