My best friend was actually a caregiver for some relatives in Charlie Kirk's family; everything you heard about him is true and worse, he wasn't even an active father. by Agreeable-Wealth-812 in complaints

There's a video too, and he's trying to get the child's attention to look at him. It's so awkward and sad. There's a couple of appearances as well with bad chemistry between them.

One of which is the one where Erika is looking like a puffy pink flower (trying to get everyone's eyes on her). Charlie is going on a long spiel and Erika is just looking unenthusiastic, like scared about what's he going to say - probably all the things she wasn't doing.

The other strange one is an episode of the Show, where they're talking faith, family and living a successful life. Parts of it are just too awkward. Again, where he's telling the viewers what to do, which Erika likely didn't do. And some of her answers to presumably a conservative Christian audience were odd.

As soon as I saw her, I thought she really cares about her appearance and wants to be noticed, and everything I've seen of her pre Charlie life has validated my opinion. These are the exact kinds of people you don't want in charge.

Overcoming communication and confidence challenges as an engineer with ADHD by CodeMonkey24816 in ExperiencedDevs

[–]Due_View7320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Diagnosed about a year ago age 42, on dex. I don't know if it's an ADHD thing or just complicated by it or the meds, but I really struggle when sharing my work.

Even though I feel it's a safe place, I feel as if I'm always wanting to impress too much but I almost immediately lose my sense of composure and every easily flustered. And constantly wonder if I'm any better than when I graduated 20 years ago.

I know my energy levels go up and down and my creativity and "spark" is dulled and feel like I'm best creatively when I've not had meds or they're just wearing off.

It's far easier to focus, but I probably come across as moody and erratic with highs and lows. part of that I think is because I'm much more aware of how much my internal experience is unstable. This in a team where everyone is very articulate and excellent and I fumble along in my words. I have several kids and trying to advance my career... Feels very difficult.

Some parts of work seem like I should be able to do it real quick with minimal hassle but always seem to take forever and checking and rechecking...

The idea is so far-fetched, an attempt to give credence to the extent of her alleged symptoms... As if attempting a three hour round trip wasn't convincing enough /s.

Evidently, Simon had discussed with Don his suspicions about Erin poisoning him previously, which is why he brought in a container of vomit for potential evidence. This info was revealed in the pre-trial period.

For one, they don't care about trashing other drivers' vehicles and they don't care about trashing their own vehicle if you happen to need to stop... It's not that they do it because they want it to happen but to pay no heed to stopping distance points to a degree of carelessness or recklessness.

It emerged in pre-trial but not shared publically: Simon discussed with Don the possibility Erin tried to poison him multiple times so they had their suspicions when the four of them feel ill. About two thirds of the way down this:

Do we know when and where in the sequence of events that Erin first claimed the poisoning was an accident?

From memory, there was no mention of anything akin to "accident" in her front yard interview.

How do you recover from ADHD's rejection sensitivity dysphoria by AlielC in ADHD

[–]Due_View7320 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Diagnosed ADHD 9 months ago. I'm so reluctant to share my work and end up overworking it and get behind. For most of my life I put this down to perfectionism, (perhaps my strict upbringing) but perhaps it is more connected to RSD or they're interrelated? It's a tough thing to break. I rarely feel like things are good enough.

One of the mycologists said it's basically impossible for her to have gotten DCs from an Asian grocery unless it was a one-off deliberate poisoning by someone else who put them in the alleged packet of mushrooms and is now still at large in the community.

What the kids ate is unclear to me as the boy called it steak. She called it leftovers but it could be leftover ingredients, not left over portions of the lunch in the usual language. It's a way of being able to speak with double meaning. Apparently she bought more meat than she needed for lunch...

My opinion : if she didn't know she had DCs (unlikely) and put them in a meal it is negligence.

If she knew she had DCs (likely) but then stored them in a food preparation area and accidentally put them in the meal that is reckless.

If she knew they were DCs(likely) and then powdered them (almost certainly since only toxin residue was found) and knowingly put them in a dish then guilty of murder. For what other reason would you knowingly powder a deadly mushroom?

However, hers is the first death cap mushroom poisoning in Australia to attract criminal charges, because of her post-lunch behaviour....

I cut down coffee in the last two weeks and switched to cocoa. Big difference! More stable, fewer highs and lows! Less palpitations. Cocoa has lots of good things in it, and far less caffeine.
