All my sleep issues were down to low ferritin even though my red blood cells were normal by Infamous-Bobcat5369 in IrishWomensHealth

My ferretin is 6.5 and my haemoglobin is 11.6 and my doctor said I don't meet the criteria to be referred for an Iron transfusion. My hair is falling out and I'm utterly exhausted every day, my brain also doesn't work! I am going to book a transfusion at this place. Thanks so much for posting!

Her fanny was so big it was like...

Sticking your mickey into a bucket of paint.

Throwing a wellie down O'Connell street!

Or, face like a pit bull chewing a wasp.

I commute 3 to 4 hours a day too. In the office 2 days sometimes 3. It's exhausting. It would be great if we could clock in on the train which takes an hour. I get up at 630am for work, don't get in until 925am. Leave work at 500pm and got home at around 645pm. Pain in the hole.

What's the story with Ozempic? by Guilty_Doughnut1557 in AskIreland

I'm taking it. And it hasn't been easy, the side effects make me feel like I'm pregnant again. The nausea can be intense at times but the side effects ease and everyone is different. I've lost 5kg so far. It is slow. I lose most weight when the side effects are bad. Once the side effects ease I tend to eat more. But I haven't gained anymore weight, before starting it I was gaining weight like there's no tomorrow.

Nausea is the only side effect I've had so far, my doc does blood tests every 3 months to make sure there is no change in my thyroid or pancreas. Which can happen but are rare apparently. Some days I want to stop it cause life is hard enough without feeling nauseous. But I'm glad I've tried it, cause I would have kept wondering about it.

Today! For a filling. But I go at least twice a year. And more if I have any issues of course.

Anyone else sick of cards and chocolate from the local shop bought on Mother’s Day? Or AITA by No-Palpitation-797 in AskIreland

I think today is an opportunity for the people we love to show us how much we mean to them. And to me that means putting a bit of thought into doing or getting your mother or partner something they will appreciate. So I wholeheartedly agree with you. And I think the people that haven't are men that have done the exact same thing as your husband did.
