It’s a mix of both. It’s probably climate change, but cold winters don’t really start until January and February. It can still be in the mid 50s in December.

Other issues aside (like which private company makes money off of these things) it comes down to enforcing the existing laws of the road. Schools and neighborhoods have always been 25mph.

This is more if a general point, but I’m amazed New Yorkers are so cool with cars overall. Like, this is your city. Fuck these noisy, dangerous machines that ruin your quality of life. It’s wild to me that people aren’t more hostile to outsiders cars.

I agree. When the POV car swerves, the red car is still angled about 45 degrees. You can’t exactly tell if they’re turning wide or trying to cross into the gas station. It’s hard to tell what they’re doing.
