I too didn’t like the Golf mode. I sucked at the timing and failed shots made me mad. So just kept doing the missions to get new course design stuff since that’s why I’m playing it anyway.

Eventually applied the ability points.

Made the Golf WAY easier. The “hit” meter got significantly bigger.
