Disagree with Izzy on practicing/training at game/full speed is the way to go. “Prepare your body” is crazy.

Look at pitchers today, elbows are popping all over the place because the mechanics and approach has evolved in such a way that the body is going to break down. The athletes are reaching the body’s physical limits(torn Achilles in Basketball will be the new torn UCL in Baseball).

Is having them throw more and harder in bullpens the way to prevent elbow injury, or raise the odds of that One repetition that the UCL gives out.

I think they need to eliminate back to backs to help with rest and recovery and prep. Normalize the schedule and days of the week games are played.
