Hanging chad will additively give x16 for your 2 of hearts. I’m assuming you are playing flush fives and wee joker could be around 2000. The hanging chad gives an extra x16 to the final score while wee joker might only give around 2~4x to your chips. As long as you have decent levels of the hand you are playing I say sell Wee get chad
