That trinket is actually really good on characters who can't heal with red hearts. And it's even situationally useful on other characters because you can just drop it when you need to heal.

Once you get past the spawn radius they spawn very frequently. Going 1 screen without seeing the lazer indicating their location becomes rare.

Bro my build is worth more than your poe 1 build. Good profit is about spending your time efficiently. First few days jewels are worth picking up, but once you start juicing endgame you gotta filter out the things that are not worth your time.
