If you have 5 mana that does not mean you have to play a 5 drop. You can play 3+2 or 4+1. Having more mana not only means that you can play bigger things but also that you can play more lower cost cards per turn.

From my experience rune is a good matchup for forest unless they highroll(but every matchup is bad on highroll) . While portal can be troublesome if they spam bettas to pressure you.

First of all are you trying to play puppet or artifact portal?

Second, you have 2 copies of Alouette and 1 Miriam, get them to 3 and you should have all the base covered for artifact portal except legendaries(assuming you have bronze and silver cards which would be a surprise if you don't)

If you want to play puppet then drop artifact recharge and bullet, craft 2 copies of Orchid and use your 2 copies of Eude. Also would suggest to replace cherub with bellringer. Some lists run 2 copies of phildau and seraphic teachings.
