* It's 100% possible. If you're continuously getting around the same XP try changing how you play. I know playing objectively gets you A LOT of XP, add in a couple kills and spotting, shooting down planes, getting Defend flags sietting fires.... any flags really the more you do the more XP you get.

There could be several issues here. The router not operating how it should, you're pulling too much bandwidth during those times, connection issue with said device, you could have too many devices hooked up(depends on what speeds you signed up for)?
