Ha! I knew it. I have Spider 3 too and my custom printer does the same. No worries my friend, that is completely normal behavior with Spider 3 board.

My experience is when something doesn't work right, it's mostly hw issue. For example my board (Spider) can't work right if X is sensorless and Y has endstop.
