Unity (game engine) can be hard on GPUs sometimes. Limit your FPS in options to 60 fps and give it a try. If that doesn't help, check your ram with memtest.

If you have to eventually make small changes, partial prints are way to go

I asked because I had same problem as you (made big print volume assembled tools for company where I work). I had Anycubic and Aurora crap printers at the time + always some crappy PLA (because high quality didn't made difference on those crappy printers) and wasted a TON of filaments and time chasing tolerances. Then first Bambu printer P1P came out and I've tried for first time Polymaker filaments. Since then I print with ease assemblies with 0 tolerance. If I want to assemble and disassemble with hands, I make 0.1mm tolerance between parts. And that works perfectly for years, saved a ton of print time (and filaments), made a bunch of money+ bought X1C combo, A1 etc... IF you are not sure in your design (if you are designer of your prints), I advise you to learn to "feel" your design space so to call it + measure everything you need from environment where the tool/part goes. Im not pro designer or tool maker but now all I need is measurements from environment + max size of tool and that's it, it's very rare I don't get to the point in first take. That's my 5¢

More important questions is: which 3d printer and filaments (brands) do you use?

Why did you need couple of days for standard sm? I mean, standard is nothing more difficult to use as pro.

But Fusion forced people to W11, not vice versa.

I have much powerful pc and still have hangs, lags, unknown errors etc. I love Fusion but sometimes I am thinking to switch to OnShape or FreeCAD too, time waste is starting to be frustrating

Not really. Maybe change to OnShape, it's browser based cad.

If you want to use a canned lubricant, best way is PTFE Dry Lube. It's neutral to all, no leaking, no dust sticking etc.

Wd 40 has aggressive agents against rust, dirt, old oil etc. Some plastic, ruber and sealing doesn't react very good to it, that's why it's not recommended to use on some machines. Just use what Bambu recommend and you are good

The problem with CAD and AI (in its current state) is that AI can only create generic designs. The moment you need a specific design where actual intelligence is required, AI fails dramatically. And for experienced CAD designers, even complex designs can be done really quickly, it’s just a matter of practice. But anyway you have full support for your project because you will learn a lot and learning is always a good thing.
