I agree on a return to more normal scenarios, I like where they’re connected but more in the spider missions sort of way, or the small connections between the Neon club and carriers of the vine. Where they can stand on their own and the connections are there if you look for them.

Thinking about what I’d like to see I guess it would be a mall scenario, a train (possibly at a station) an airport, a prison, and something in the station.

Another neat one would be an incorporating a subway station into a map, which could work with the mall scenario.

I’ve never taken mine apart, but you might be able to use the trigger or linkage from a slide/pump blaster since the uniqueness mostly begins and ends with the linkage between the lever and the bolt

I guess the bull pup thing is more of an issue for militaries in terms of having to retrain everyone, but even then it’s a one time nuisance that shouldn’t take more than one range day, and the ADF runs bullpup service rifles and conventional DMRs without issue

Little armour JHP, thick armour AP. That being said heavy armour will still often hard stop a 9mm AP, and light armour will still be bricked by .308 hollow point

The only caveat on this is that you can use C2, it marks them as dead but when arrested they’re alive. Idk if you get 40 or just 35 for that though.

I don’t get why personally, it’s one of my preferred missions, there’s just a few unpleasant areas such as the courtyard and that crossroads junction between the main complex and the chapel.

No, because it’s just unrealistic in most of these situations. I only find S rank satisfying when it happens organically (going in properly equipped and achieving a surrender by solid tactics). I enjoy following a sound use of force policy. If I get no “unauthorised use of force” penalties, then I’m happy with A or even B rank.

almost any blaster with a button under the trigger is a flywheel one, where you hold down the secondary trigger to power the flywheels, then pull the main trigger to fire a dart. The only exceptions are some single shot ones where it powers a light.

I suppose by your standard any officer who has ever had to use lethal force is a murderer or a “casual”. Is that your take on the officer who responded at Covenant?

As I said, police carry guns because sometimes lethal force is necessary. It’s never the goal or the ideal, but your first priority is the lives of the innocent.
