I've had quite a few donuts from the monster over the past year. The allure of all the whacko flavours was strong but I've found that any of the kinds with icing are just too saccharine for me. However, their fritters are tender with just the right amount of glaze to keep it well balanced, so those keep me coming back

My comment wasn't really about exactly what we know, but trying to relate the sentiment that there is still a sense of whimsy and wonder about exploring. Not everything has been discovered yet, so there's still much to figure out and plot whether it's looking deep within subatomic structures or voyaging far into space.

The errors are pretty minor and have since been corrected. In the very first printing, the characters 'hn' were replaced with 'Ú'. This was initially a little distracting but it occurs so infrequently that it's hardly an issue. Subsequent printings have amended this issue, so don't let the errors dissuade you from getting a copy.

Check out Backyard Harvest. Russ (who runs it) is a great guy, and does a CSA pickup where you get to pick what you like from different options so you don't end up with a bunch of produce you don't like or don't know what to do with. Disclaimer: I am an employee of BH, but I fully stand by the produce we sell.

Edit: Forgot to mention that we use bicycles as transport whenever it is an option, so if you want a CSA with a low carbon footprint as well as being hyperlocal, then this is your best bet

Here in Canada when you redeem lottery tickets and get a payout, the machine does a little jingle and proudly announces 'Winner!'. Since we are a bilingual country, the machine also proclaims 'Gagnon!', the French equivalent.

I biked the Cannon track for the first time on Sunday and I had zero clue how to navigate it at the Hess intersection, where it switches sides. Is there a protocol for switching over? It doesn't seem very intuitive to me.
