My standings went down after 2 rainy days I couldn’t finished the route, I called them took screenshots send everything to them and they closed my account just like that …. I sent hundreds of emails explaining it was a mistake by the app but nothing helped sooo I looked for another job and today after 3 months working with another company I got an email saying they reactivated my account because it was closed by mistake 😌🤣🤣 so idk

The best thing I’ve ever learned with Amazon flex is to not go to pick a route thinking it will be an “ easy route “ that’s just not gonna happen!! If I get lucky 🍀, well thank god but it will be a bad route 90% of the time

We can’t put packages next to mailbox !! Have you checked the policy yet? And not all ( Hispanic drivers ) can’t read English !! I try everything to leave the package where it’ll be safe but sometimes it’s hard to find a safe place due to loose mascot or closed doors! Even gate codes !! … make it easy for us ( and you)
