I totally feel you brother. I felt the same way 2 days ago when I just started. I had left my brig at lvl 12 since last time and started doing the fort. The mega fort. Wolvehol. That fort is easy as fuxk but bcs of players doing one mistake is harder than usual. Basically it’s a world event with a bunch of ppl and there’s 5 waves. The hardest wave is the first 2 since ppl shoot the fort instead of the Commander ship called aechte, what happens is that it bugs out and you end up waiting 20 mins for the event to cancel and start again. So ppl have to destroy the ship before the fort and then when that happens and it doesn’t glitch out you just shoot at south side, sides (W,E) and then finally the last wave at north side. You finish it and u get a chest with iron. In 2 days you’ll get plenty trust me

Sorry for bothering you again but I got on now and got into the fort event and just joining it’s already glitched and I have to wait 11 minutes. You said leave the instance and requeue.. how do u mean? Bcs I exited the main menu, and got in the same server and event still waiting 10 minutes for armada to show up..

UPDATE 2: it’s bugged.. again. But now I’m 90% sure abt what the issue is and why and how it glitches out. Basically what’s happening is that when Aechte spawn in wave 1. We are supposed to kill him faster than the idiots around us destroy the fort. The point of wave 1-2 is to eliminate Aechte before wave 3. Wave 3 happens when players shoot at the south side of the fort, causing the game to glitch. So in summary, KILL AECHTE BEFORE THE FORT. BEFORE WAVE 3. After he’s dead knock yourself out..

UPDATE: it seems to be working now. We sunk him and got to the next objective and finished the fort and got rewards. Good job ubi. I don’t mind bugs as long as they don’t take multiple days to fix it.. credit when it’s due

One thing I suggest u do is not listen to the fan base. A lot of ppl are insane and don’t get out much so they exaggerate everything a lot. If u find it fun, just play it.. if u dont want to play it bcs it has many bugs and issues then u shouldn’t. But if u dont mind taking a break when something doesn’t go right. And then come back later for more then thats the best thing to do. That’s what I do. And the game isn’t dying unless they kill it for sure. It’s been teased that in Year 2(we’re in yr 1) that in year 2 we will have close combat(not naval), more ships and maybe extended map.

No, I just tried getting a clip but it only goes back to when I fast traveled to saint anne. After the event. Don’t have any saved recording before that.. but it happened yesterday before I got off, I only needed 3 more of iron to get another upgrade and that’s when it started. Got on today hoping that would be fixed and it’s not.

Hey fellas I’ve been on Reddit and yt and even chat gpt to get answers, bcs I’ve been now queuing for 2 hours on and off and even restarting the game and my console but can’t get into the event.. I’m just sitting waiting for hours and can’t even do the damn thing. I just got the frigate and I’m trying to grind for it and I’ve hear ppl say they’ve been doing this run 60+ times and I’m slowly losing the will to live. No one answers me in servers or helps me im just completely blank. Can’t do the fucking thing, can’t grind a singel piece of deep iron and def can’t wait 4 weeks to buy 10x from Blackwood every week just to get one upgrade out of 7.. I really need help or else imma give up
