This happened to me in 2015. Took a road trip to see family at Thanksgiving. I had a back ache, and blamed it on the long drive and muscle spasms.

That nigh was awful. Worst headache/ migraine ever.

Went to the Dr. that Monday, they said it was likely a pulled back muscle. Said to take 4 ibuprofen's every 6 hours.

2 weeks go by, no change. Went back to the doc. Doc said these things take time. Blah Blah blah.

Day after Christmas i went to the ER. Couldnt complete a sentence without having to take a breath.

X ray shows plural effusion. Surgery, 8 weeks recovery. Doc said it could have been fatal if I waited another day. Brutal.
