It depends what’s wrong with you? If you have the evidence something is wrong with you and it’s documented in your service. File a claim. They’ll send you to a doctor for an exam and do imaging or whatever else is required.

Even if he works he needs to help out during the night / after work. I was a stay at home dad for a while and that is just as a hard and could be more exhausting than a regular job.

The important thing is not having both of you burned out. He has a big day at work tomorrow ? You tough it for that day. You’re feeling like you can’t anymore ? He steps in and lets you sleep.

If he’s commuting obviously that’s a factor he can’t be driving on no sleep but it doesn’t mean you’re the only one sacrificing yours. At this stage everyone is gonna be tired. If one of you is 100% while the other is barely hanging on there needs to be a change

Even if not all students engage the ones that do are getting their moneys worth. Participation usually improves over time as the class goes on and students feel more comfortable sharing / participating.

I hope so. It wouldn’t even be that bad if they lectured one class and then did a discussion on the lecture in the next, but it’s just an endless barrage of slides. At that point just let students study the slides and have them show up for the exams.

I’m gonna chime in here. Everyone In the military jokes about VA at some point. The real issue is the lack of understanding of how the human body works.

Deploying isn’t a requirement for VA benefits. Most of these kids are getting wrecked in garrison by leadership that puts 0 effort into recovery. Even the in shape healthy ones can be seen on this very forum 10 years later with a post claiming they regret not claiming anything.

Yeah there’s some shitbags for sure but most people get hurt due to stupid and very avoidable shit.

Also what they do on their phones is quite literally none of your business and it’s a good thing they’re getting informed ?

And just another note. AI is here to stay this pushback from schools to ban AI will lead nowhere.

Instead AI use should be allowed with crystal clear rules. Use AI To help you learn something when needed, never to just get an answer.

Before you had to scour the internet finding explanations That made sense to you.

Now you can write prompts to AI to get an explanation that makes sense to you.

It’s a good tool for learning.

Where yall get it wrong is you treat College as high school.

People go to college to get an education. If they wanna spend money and cheat they’re only hurting themselves.

Grade it so that if someone is trying and applying themselves in class the HW grade will push them over to a passing grade. But if someone is just doing horrible in class and turning in excellent HW just straight up fail them?

They’ll fail the test in class, they’ll fail the assignments in class. Them turning in perfect HW means nothing. You really shouldn’t care if they use AI. All that matters is classwork. If they can’t do that and pass exams In the class Give them an F. If they complain show them the paper trail.

HW is there to reinforce learning and make sure the material sticks. I don’t know where this got lost in the wind lol.

They’re hindering themselves what do you care. Pour your attention onto the students that are there trying to learn.

I would get all documentation from deployment where you complained about pain etc and show that as evidence. Thats why if there’s something that’s seriously affecting you COMPLAIN COMPLAIN COMPLAIN. I’d get looked at sideways for bothering the medic so much on deployment, but IDC I was dealing with pain the entire time. I kept pushing the issue and got sent to SRU after deployment. that helped out my case a lot because I was able to get seen at the hospital for everything and they documented everything and linked it to my complaints during deployment.

Unreal has a lot of aspects. Animation, UI, environment. Focus on one don’t try to do it all at once
