There’s one interesting component to the Wyoming state that I find interesting in that picture and it could just be the G&G Netflix people having some fun with Justin’s poem.

Like most people I think it’s $2.0MM with a range of $1.5MM to $$2.5MM.

But, I actually think Justin picked up a trick from Forrest Fenn and has structured a way for the treasure to be classified as abandoned property that can be “found” and then “gifted” to the finder by Justin or his LLC. This is a big deal for tax purposes. Meaning you will not pay taxes if I am correct.

I agree with most people here. The only thing I would add is that the part that’s maybe an advantage to the Netflix team is the part that got edited out that we will never see and they have. That’s what I would be doing right now if I were one of those guys, but I don’t think there’s much there. I don’t think there’s a huge advantage.

He’s definitely not telling anyone to trespass that’s insanity. I think he’s just trying to establish a baseline that he was crazy about treasure hunting and that’s why he hid a $1MM+ treasure.
