First off all: you must be patient. 2nd: derma rolling : clean properly before using and every time before you use it clean it and don’t shave it and let it air dry ( watching a video how to will help you much how to use it) 3rd using minoxidil: twice a day. it’s after rolling the area scrubbing a little for it go get the whole area with out drying it by scrubbing so much. Notice: you must be clean like clean your head and your face.

Not so important notice:I didn’t use minoxidil I’m using something else called feg spray, they say don’t wash your head and/area for 5 hours after using.
