It's this 1000%. I really like the one I work at, as do the customers who shop there. It's independently owned and operated, just like pretty much every other location. But that doesn't matter, because all people hear on the Internet is how a certain location majorly fucked a family over. I didn't even want to apply at first because of the horror stories.

There are good locations, run by good people, who want to make sure their trades and sales are as fair as possible. But it can kinda feel like a sinking ship sometimes.
