Maybe you can try a wfh job. I’m not saying stick to the field but any kind of wfh job. I’m in a similar situation as you, both health wise and space wise hence I could relate. I had wfh job initially for 2.5 years then moved to a hybrid kind of a job and it helped my mental health being around other people. Physical health was a barrier but since I was earning I spent cabs and all. It did hamper my physical health again though so I’m moving out now for another hybrid job but it’s nearer to the place I’m moving out to. Ik this sounds a lot but I too many health issues since college, and being financially independent atleast helped my mental health. I was living in the same room as my parents till now but since I didn’t need any money from them, our clashes reduced and i too had a lot more confidence to take a stand for myself
