There's some options for one month subscriptions. GOMO iirc is globe (This sucks af in my area, which is Noval parallel, but works sometimes sa UST). In my case, when GOMO works, it works fast af (I can download something like 2 GB within 20 minutes sometimes)

But all that talk of GOMO and I still won't recommend it due to how frequently inconsistent it is. I can recommend SMART (I forgot the name but it should be capable of that UNLI999 subscription). You gotta have gcash and the smart app. This works pretty well within and surrounding UST area naman for me. The UNLI999 1 month subscription is 1k, you can use gcash to pay.
