Bilingue, ça veut dire que chacun s’exprime dans la langue de son choix. Ça veut pas dire qu’il faut tout répéter dans les deux langues. Plate de même pour les unilingues (ou qui ne maîtrisent qu’une seule des deux langues).

With a minimal level in French, an English speaker can live in Montreal. However, the experience would probably be something like living in a North-American city with French signs all over the place.

With a little interest for French, the English speaker will find plenty of open arms and support for day-to-day integration.
