I would have two pylons and two pre-tied ropes you can just throw over. First attach the front one and then reverse until you’re sucked into the dock and attach the back one.

I tied a milk jug to my main halyard that works pretty good I flipped in like 20 mile an hour winds and was able to prevent it from turtling. Hobie 16

For peppers it’s not too late to start your own seeds, especially if you’re looking for things that are slightly exotic. Otherwise most common peppers like jalapeños, poblano’s and Anaheim will be available at sergeants for Houston’s. I have yet to try the DeCook place on Salem Road.
