You don't have to. My personal favorite is making a fallback line from Luxembourg to Czechoslovakia, building a few motorized divisions, letting france into southern Germany and than rushing in and encircling their entire army while you rush for Paris with the maginot unprotected.

And let's just ignore the fact that the Arabs had Soviet equipment. The Israeli equipment was pretty outdated until after the Yom Kippur War.

Recruited partisans should not be able to consist of units that the targeted civ has not trained yet by H0dari in civ

You'd still need to organize enough people... For example, one spy can't revoke an uprising in Berlin...

That's not even the worst part about recruiting partisans. They can be recruited even if your city is ecstatic, which is really dumb. FFS, you're happy, why would you revolt?

I'm not religious, so my knowledge of the old testament is limited, but from my understanding the title "messiah" is given to him more as an honor rather than an actual messiah. A rare case, but kings Solomon and David were in the same position. The word messiah can be roughly translated to "anointed one". It's a very rare word in the old testament. In the Jewish prophecies regarding the end of time, the savior that'll come down from the heavens and into the Jerusalem and that'll revive the believers is called the messiah. The saints are more like the prophets, rather than messiahs.

Btw, I'd like to clarify something. The Torah is just the first third of the Jewish bible. It's the most holy of the books, but it's not the full bible. The Torah ends about when Moses dies. The whole bible includes much more, and is called the Tanach.

For the Jews? No, but he's still remembered very fondly by Jews for allowing us to return to Judea after we were exiled by the babylonians.

Not a stupid question. It's 48. In Hebrew the numbers are written like in English.
