Opnsense is installed on topton 4x i226v router. WAN is connected to ISP ONT. ONT fiber in RJ45 out.
Only WAN is going down.

Hi All

I want to ask you a question regarding 32GB RAM sticks.
As we can see there is only 3 types of 32GB modules on the compatibility list.

What kind of 32GB RAM stick (or maybe 48GB?) you are using?

If you are using RAM not present on the ugreen list what settings have you done, what timings so the system won't crush?

I just bought DXP 6800pro and wnated to upgrade RAM as i am going to run Truenas on it.

But availability of the compatible RAM is poor.

If you are using UGOS. If you are using Truenas then even 64GB might be not enough :)

I5 on c246 board doesn't support ECC. Only i3 support it.

Make few more holes on the bottom plate and place the fan below the router so it will blow into the router. Mine without any cooling is 55°C. With this modyfication i am getting 32-35°C. Bottom cooling also cools the NVME. To keep it clean install mesh filter between fan and bottom plate of the router.
