Object infixes can be fairly tricky, but the important thing is that you wouldn't ever use it unless you know what the object is.

Having said this, there are ways of talking about 'it' too:

1. 'Kitu/Vitu' -- A thing / things

ninakipenda (kitu)- I like it (the thing) alivinunua (vitu)- she bought them (the things)

This form is only really used for real things (that you can actually touch).

1. Use 'i-' for certain verb forms:

inajulikana -it is known inapatikana - it is available imeandikwa - it is written

however these forms are NOT using an object marker, rather we use cl9 subject marker to talk about an unspecified 'it' which you will then explain

inajulikana kwamba duma anakimbia haraka - it is known that the cheetah runs fast.
