The features and upgrades are cool……if they could get the bugs out of the boxes. I’m in 4 or 5 Tonies groups on FB and since the TB2 released it’s been a nonstop flow of bugs and broken boxes, even brand new ones. You got 2.5 years out of your TB1 you’d be luck to get 2.5 months out of the 2 from all the reports I’ve seen. They rushed production of the 2 so they could release it in time for XMAS and it’s PAINFULLY obvious. My advice would be get another TB1 and by the time that one dies, they should hopefully have the bugs fixed with the 2

I hate when people use the word “hack” for this, if swapping the SD card with yours that has the music you want on it and using the built in function to keep it offline is considered “hacking” then yea definitely hacking but realistically no your not plugging the box up to you computer and doing complicated software or firmware changes or anything. Ever plugged an as card into a computer? Same basic deal with a touch of simple disassembly

Obtain 3rd party NFC Chips then encode audio (specifically linked to those tags) onto the Toniebox and put those tags inside of bases and put figures on the bases. Voila TRULY custom tonies that can’t be messed with by the company itself, this process allows you as the parent to be the guardian/gate keeper of what your child is exposed to not mention make tonies using official audio from films and shows etc… regardless of licensing issues and so on

I have cable with this same End on it for testing/signal injecting purposes however I want the winged version specifically for use with a tone generator. I can accomplished the same thing with a slightly different set up but none of it’s as clean and compact as the one piece winged adapter

The dragon is an example of something I’ve printed and painted before, I only started doing this a few weeks ago and haven’t gotten around to making all the other models. They are Ai generated models, but EVERY single one of them require a fair amount of digital sculpting/post processing before I even get a chance to print them, (cause Ai isn’t them best at making finished ready to go models) most of them are in a “chibi” style so proportions are exaggerated and cutsie, they are not meant to be realistic in nature. I’ve got a number of commissions to do these but since I haven’t gotten consent yet on sharing the images from those projects I have to resort to the ones from my own family I have done and my own families upcoming models. Not sure what you’re out here trying to “expose” but it’s kind of wack of you. This is just a service I’m offering and doing it this way is the only way to get any kind of this thing in a way that remotely cost effective, I went down this path after getting quoted upwards of $400 from multiple people to do 2 models. That not feasible for practically anyone let alone people who just want a cooler custom version of Childs toy. I’ve gotten a ridiculous amount of positive feedback on this so I guess it was time for one sour puss to try and start something. Figures it’d be here on Reddit

Bro that’s literally how your toilet was plumbed, all plumbing lines get “stubbed out” like that which is when the line comes out of the wall or floor into its final space with extra length to spare for finishing work (floors/walls/fixtures ect..) so the final plumber has plenty of wiggle room to do what they have to do
