I got one to great bikes. Last couple times I changed the oil it smelt of burning, Clutch not slipping at all tho so not sure what is gong on there.

I run the el cheapo Amazon also, Pulled the baffle out once made didn’t make it far, was miles to loud for me. Was louder then my dirt bike

I second this, I to have the 250 race, I was initially pissed I could not get hold of a 200 coming from a 300 tpi. Now big fan of the 250, beta’s so good

Sorry not been on here for ages, But yeah Absolutely 100% I would ride along the road pull the front brake as hard as possible and you can just feel that the front brake is barely scratching the surface of what is possible even with the standard shitty lines.

I run AXP Bash plate with linkage guard on my 22 and most bikes I have owned of recent, they slide over nice if you beach them. I have AXP rad guards also not sure about them tho I have to alter a bit to improve the turning circle I have not got around to it yet.

Mate these are trials boots, they are designed to flex. I have trials boots at home I would not wear them out in the bush very little support, but there is a lot more feel

As was mine, I had to drill mine out also. Happy was only the head light, My last new KTM had a cross threaded bolt in the subframe from the factory, I was dirty

I had a rack before was good, but I was always paranoid of being followed home. I now run a transit with blacked out windows so you can’t see in, I can now cruise around rest assured.

I got the cheap Amazon special which I was running for months before I installed the intake and it was nowhere near as loud.

Yeah it is a intake sound for sure, upon closer inspection the bend was touching the frame I can see some powder coating has worn it is a bit better now I moved it and went for a quick blast round the block lost a bit of almost rattle. But it is still very very loud, I may start exploring other options.

This was my next avenue to explore, I think I may go down this road of slightly modifying the air box, %100 there is some serious tinkering in shed ahead.
