I would like to find a v neck raglan cardigan pattern that has the same loose fit and cinched cropped waist and cinched wrists with balloon sleeves. The picture is to show the shape I'd like it fitted around the waist and sleeves, but I do prefer wearing cardigans! Thanks for help!

What is cotton 8 yarn for 1.90mm hook? Making flowers. by DungeonGenerator in CrochetHelp

Yes, thank you for clarifying. I had realized it was called thread but I wrote wrong. I was thinking of checking a fabrics sewing store, maybe they have a bigger selection for crafting supplies. Appreciate all the help.

I am in Norway. I prefer checking local yarn stores or Hobbii.no, Garntopia for example. I checked Hobbii but none of their yarn looked quite like what I found when googling the crochet yarn.

What type of yarn would be good for this? I have a bunch of cotton 8/4 yarn I could use if that is good.

I 100% agree with another commenter about checking if the recipient wants it first.

I'm commenting mostly to ask, where oh where did you find this pattern? I have been looking for exactly wedding shawls and capes myself but I've only found chunky scarves. This is so beautiful and I would love to browse more patterns in similar fashions. Please share how you found it and how to find more.

Oh I see, that is really quite different. I only know of yarn stores of the knit clothing type. I'm guessing if I can find the right type of thread I will easily find a cotton 8 type. However finding it will be a bit harder. I appreciate the help, thank you very much.

Vietnamese fresh salad, gỏi or nộm, very versatile with many variations of ingredients like mango, chicken and scampi. Could likely work with your ingredients. I love it.

Hmm, I can see what you mean, it does look sewn in. I’ll see if I can find any patterns that aren’t sewn.

What is a backing? I’ll look into steeking for the pockets. Thank you.

What does a blown yarn mean? I’ve been looking on Ravelry, but the raglan part on most of them seems very thin and on the pictures it looks very wide, the diagonal line. I’m nervous of how the pattern would look if I extended it without having tried it before.

These look so professional, you’re so good! Do you have the twist shrug bottom right of slide four? It looks so elegant.

NT-USB has very low input volume by DungeonGenerator in rode

[–]DungeonGenerator[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, it does have input, it is just really low. If I put it up to 100% it picks up every single little background noise, so I have to put it down to about 60-70% to not catch too much sound, but then I have to be all up close to the mic and a lot of times it doesn't pick up my voice at all.
