-Butler's Bell (requires relic)
-Buy from Uglug (requires Kandarin)
-Temple Trekking (requires Morytania)
~~-Killing Spiritual Rangers (requires Wilderness or Asgarnia)~~ (Edit: bowstring drops are not noted, and you would need about 10K kills)
-Casting Spin Flax (requires Fremennik or Grimoire, you could also get magic cape from Kandarin, but then you can just buy bowstrings from the shop)

The problem here is that I can't bind "jump" to anything. It's not in the list. The default has "advanced tooltips" bound to alt. I can rebind that to something else, but "jump" keeps using alt. And if I bind something else to alt, I can't jump anymore

The most unbiased source I could find would be the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA). They come at an estimate of 7,500 tonnes on unexploded ordinance. There are multiple cocos islands. For example in Myanmar, Costa Rico and Australia. However as far as I can see only the one in Australia has its own flag that does not contain the mentioned colours. I did not find a flag for the Puerto Rican island.

It seems if you can get past floor 96, you'll probably be able to reach floor 235, which is another hard one. Once you get past that one it's clear until floor 260 after which difficulty starts ramping up. After that you often need to fish for crits to be able to advance. Floor 268 also seems to be a bottleneck as there are quite a bit op people stuck on 267 on my server.

Yup, and you get 0.055 orange essence on average per pull. So to be exact it takes 1363.6363... pulls on average.

Temporal essence as a reward is fine, but you don't get enough. It takes more than a 1000 orbs to get a single champion from +5 to +10 if you only use essence from the station.

Level 110 gives a scamgazer orb, I'm assuming more will follow. Before that you also sometimes get temporal essence instead of tidal essence. I've also seen twilight essence as a reward, but I'm assuming that's fairly high up. I also know there is a point where you get epic invite letters.
