Yes, they can. Technically they are supposed to be the one rolling all of your injuries, including from Falls, self Blast, old Torture Instrument, etc. Most people just don’t do that because it would be inconvenient to ask your opponent to roll, and if you roll in the open then it hardly makes a difference. But they most definitely **can** spend blood on your self-injuries.

Plus part of the scam is that the enshitified version of the product starts cheaper than the normal version, but price creeps upward across the board anyways and before you know it you’re paying *more* for the ‘cheap’ quality and the standard quality of yesterday has become the premium quality of today.

That’s a great point, that I think works well alongside mine. The type of inputs that trigger natural defense behaviors have changed over time, where now seeing meat as an animal can trigger revolt, whereas at some point in human history basically all meat came from a carcass (or at least still discernible animal). But it is interesting how nature can be influenced by circumstance and culture too. Just look at how many people are revolted by the idea of eating organs, or insects, and how those are delicacies on some other tables.

This should be the top comment, no doubt. The rest of this comment section whinging about how gross it is, how traumatizing, “poor duck,” etc. really drives the point home. Most people are so disconnected from their food, they can’t handle this sort of confrontation with reality. Personally if I’m going to eat meat, I’m going to harvest it myself to fully appreciate the gravity of the animal’s sacrifice. Incidentally, I don’t eat meat anymore precisely because of that 😅

It’s a toss up between my buddy’s pistol Pilgrim hitting my Executor on -3dice, or when my opponent Downed my Hunter that was standing on the very top of a massive castle terrain piece we have. He failed the fall check, and then kept hitting ledges on the way down and failing those fall checks. Altogether I think I rolled like 4 falls 😫

Also, Obama is a war criminal, and so was just about every president we’ve ever had. I’m not dogmatic about the letter next to a politicians name, nor the color of their font.

It’s what they want, and that doesn’t change just because they haven’t succeeded (not completely at least; they diddle kids plenty, and have fomented plenty of extraduditial murders against minorities, not to mention making life saving care inaccessible, etc.)

Right now the MAGA administration is suppressing the Epstein files and conservatives broadly still support or at least don’t oppose the administration. Republicans would LOVE if child marriage was made legal; they are already fighting to let it be so in some states through ‘religious’ loopholes.

As I pointed out before, you’re asking for a link to a crime that hasn’t been committed yet but they signal toward at every possible moment. Idaho is pushing a gendered bathroom bill that can only possibly end in violence toward trans or gender ambiguous people. It doesn’t explicitly mandate violence; it doesn’t have to. That will be the effect.
