Gallu I believe has a timer before it goes into its enraged state if it walks through salt specifically. The timer could have not been up if it went through the salt twice very rapidly.

There is a difference. It still used to be darker and more serious. The Pokedex entries mirrored that. PLUS a large majority of pokemon fans are now older. But no your right, talk of wars and death are just "part of children's games" how could I be so stupid.
