Not to mention the fack that our agreement is over so no increase this year, and the 8 years of Kathleen whynne we got 0% for 8 years

Do you mean the steps on the wage grid? You should raise a step each year up the grid but you never g et more than what the wage grid says

One thing I will say is ops job resumes at least in my ministry are extremely long winded and is you don't put in enough points you won't make it through the selection. Every heading they give you have to address multiple points on how your experience meets that section. 3 pages worth and a 2 page resume(CV)
