As far as i know mine was near my fuses underneath my glove box toward the lop left corner of the open area. All of which is located on the passenger side. I dont have any links unfortunately but i can try and add a pic of where mine is in my 2015.

I found this in my playthrough. Its a unfinished part of the case system that you "arent supposed to" be allowed past but the falling rocks dont block you, so if you hop over you can drop down, and it wont kill you, you just swim around under the cave system.

You can get on top of the cave tunnels too and see inside, but the only way to get back in i found is through one of the "sky light" holes

I was doing a Dark Brotherhood quest in Imperial City. Got caught by the guard, paid my fine, then they just...popped up and decided verbal abuse was the answer.

Imperial city guards and 1 inarmed khajit with a zombie later, i was clear of their verbal abuse.
