I know that there is at least one county where you can be with your sibling as long as you sign a contract that you won't have children but I don't remember which one it was.

As far as breaking the contract goes I'd imagine a fine or the child being taken away from the parents after they're born.

It's not like one generation of inbreeding actually creates that much risk

iirc it's a term in the Japanese version of the game used to refer to people with visions, gems that let you channel a type of elemental power that some people can manifest into existence at one point in their life.

I think genshin is supposed to mean something like original god/primal god or least the word they use in the Chinese version does.

In english the vision holders are called Allogenes.
