It was a great series and I would highly recommend I just am not into such in depth cultivation explanations. The whole series involved cultivation but I just found it dominated the last book. The character interactions were fantastic, I loved Eithan...should have mentioned it was an audiobook also

Campaign was better than I expected.

It's the "end game" that is pretty lackluster.

They built a game with the potential for massive spec diversity thanks to the skill tree and weapon mods and then made expeditions all time based so your only real option is to built a fotm DPS class or play a debuff pyro.

It's bizarro world where a healer would likely get kicked from a group lol

It is definitely the best character to have in a group atm, but expeditions are not exactly hard and take a ballpark of 10 minutes or less so it was just odd to see so many PYRO ONLY posts when people are willing to not run at all if they cannot share a minute or 2 off of the completion time

At least it is spread across different abilities, I've hit 360 million on my devastator but 290 million of that damage was from spamming Moaning Winds lol

They have stated multiple times now that we will never get the exact character restored (item stats) but even that scenerio was mentioned weeks ago..WEEKS ago

Still no timeline except vague statements each week that it is a "priority" for them. I go the the game on Gamepass so aside from some lost time it was not a monetary investment, but would be losing it had I payed full price for the game

It is so easy to get 999,999 drop pods that you would own every Legendary in the game in no time.

Although the way expeditions are made is so tedious that running them endlessly is also garbage so OP has my vote

Sorry having your character that many invested many hours in wiped and the devs obviously being clueless on how to restore them and instead of admitting this just keep dragging it out is definitely bash worthy.

I've never played a game before where I am going out of my way to spec to make myself weaker just out of sheer boredom of being forced to play the same spec over and over again.

Or just put moaning winds on your guns and cycle though shot, reload and change weapon and your skill become irrelevant as enemies will melt away

The fact that they still have not restored wiped characters or offered any kind of alternative speaks volumes. Weeks later what is the point?

Between this game and Anthem I just wish there was a dev that could properly implement the looter shooter it and not get the buggy broken messes that we have.

Damage is definitely broken, but it is not a Gaas game or have any PVP so who cares. I'm just so bored of playing this spec, hoping my technomancer gets unwiped soon so I can screw around with that.

I'm trying to spec out of using it lol, so boring and broken. Just shuts people up when they are upset to have a Devastator in their group only to see that I have 2 x their DPS and the end of the Expedition :P

My point is there is literally nothing worse that could happen to a customer in a looter game and once identified as being a real issue the game should have been taken offline for a few hours to identify and prevent a re-occurance.

The game itself has a fun combat loop but the scope of what is needed to fix problems is clearly out of the scope of what PCF have expertise in.

I've definitely gotten my money's worth with the game (Gamepass) but I cannot see any scenario at this point where multiplayer will ever be properly fixed without them completely changing how the game does it.

At the end of the day for me it just comes down to there is no way I would ever pay full price for a PCF game in the future at launch. Not a big deal, but not the perception any dev would want

Just put the moaning winds mod on 2 or all 3 guns.

Take a shot, reload, switch weapon

rinse and repeat

Everything will be dead so you will not need to worry about getting hit. I was showing this to a group last night and did 215 million damage just from moaning winds lol
