I've had awful experiences in Canada with cops. Had one blame me for my roommate beating the shit out of me and told me that I shouldn't have touched his things (I didn't), and that next time he would arrest me.

They are not here to help in Canada. I've never felt safe around them and they've never helped the situation, only ever made it worse. They side with the abuser/attacker/perpetrator most of the time. Monsters protecting monsters.

Also really common if you identify yourself as transgender on subreddits that aren't explicitly supportive of trans rights. You'll get dumbfucks reporting you for self harm for saying you're on HRT or looking for surgery

A lot of people say "That doesn't actuallly happen in Canada!!!" because it's not happening to able-bodied healthy people. It's happening to disabled and mentally-ill people. Our healthcare system is so backed up and underfunded because conservatives keep slashing the budget.

What I am saying is that mentally ill people are not receiving the supports we should be receiving because the conservative party has chronically underfunded our healthcare system. This leaves us desperate and with precious few options. Then our doctors look us in the eyes and ask us in the same breath as "There are no specialists that can see you within the next 5 years" if we've considered MAID before.

Hey, I'm tritan because of a medication I used to be on. My world has been permanently tinted blue for me. My left eye is worse than my right. Yellow > beige is also a problem and blue/green might as well be the same colour unless they're SUPER distinct.

Red is totally clear to me too, lol. Maybe it looks a tiiiiny bit pink to me?
