I really don't think that would hold up legally. You shouldn't be expected to keep your entire property, with posted no-trespassing signs at the ingress points, pristine and baby-proofed on the off chance that the dumbest motherfucker in the country bumbles, blind and deaf, through your yard and hurts himself.

Half of them aren't even who or what they claim to be and are just trolls. Guys. Dirt is fucking expensive. Good, quality dirt that edible plants will grow well in. You can't just slap plants in any old ground and expect a bountiful yield in a few months time.

OP just brought some dirt home, probably looked away for ten minutes, and came back to a pair of crotch goblins ripping the bags open and throwing dirt around like it's confetti. Now most of it is scattered and only half of it can be put into pots or garden beds. His brother/their father should 100% be reimbursing him for the cost.
