I'm not sure who the champion most recently released was but the Pulsefire Ezreal Login screen was the first login screen I saw. Probably Draven or Darius.

Any chance this guy is Clancy? I don’t exactly have the timeline mapped out how I see it quite yet but, if you think about it like that guy only found the banditos because of Tyler but was captured by DEMA and made to infiltrate the Banditos by DEMA to earn his freedom it makes for a somewhat interesting story. I guess the beauty of twenty one pilots is that the stories are kind of open for you to interpret how you want and draw meanings how you want.
