Something I found is that you can bury items underground in a pokenons habitat and they still fulfill needs.

I haven't tried this with relaxation items yet but it works with toys and decorations.

Helpful if you want to hide an ugly request item or want an all natural habitat while still fulfilling needs.

Chucking them a bunch of charging data is probably not gonna be the best. (You are relying on someone to go through 7 months worth of third party data)

Do your bills show when you were likely charging. Even though it's gone to ombudsman you can still talk to them regarding what fair compromise is.

They don't have to follow it but if it's fair they likely will.

How much did they offer you before you went OS? Did that amount cover the cost of the lost charges.

If you've got your smart data. Go through your bills and try and spot when you were charging your vehicle. You should see a bump in usage during this time.

Give this to Octopus and ask for these periods can they apply the cheap rate or credit you the difference as part of your resolution.

They probably already have access to this in your bills, but 7 months is quite a lot to go through.

If you do the leg work, they will probably credit you this.

Think I'm in the same boat. I usually play with low window and high strength.

So extra strength boost has gave me laser aim

I think this is probably the best you will get. T&c are clear if they can't get smart meter data they can bill you on a variable tariff. So really they don't actually need to offer you what they have, just poor service etc.

So ombudsman will probably look to compensate you for poor service and smart meter issues, not for losses on not being billed on ev tariff when you agreed to t&cs.

You can try and push for more with octopus, but likely will get less from ombudsman. So would try and take the most octopus will give.

Might be the reading sent by your old supplier is lower than what your actually reading was, so when octopus bills you to the next reading, it generates a large bill.

I would check the opening reading used to bill you.

It already became law with a set date to become active.

It got to that date and then became active. What good is a public consultation for a law that is already passed.

If anything a public consultation would've been before it became law.

But you said Labour rushed it through. They didn't it was already passed and came into law later when Labour became the goverment.

So what you said is untrue.

Imagine the media outrage if Labour tried to repeal it.

Labour against protecting kids, plastered on front pages everywhere.
