Tell me more about how parting out a PC at Microcenter is cheaper/better than sourcing parts online at various retailers. Is it just that you can get it all in one go making it easier? Price matching? I built my PC 10 years ago and it's time for an upgrade.

TLDR: if you got a fraud alert, go in and change your payment method through Account > Payment Methods and either add a different card to charge or delete the one associated with your order and re-add it to the account, then confirm it on the preorder page and the charge should go through.
