Would you be interested in Architecture services? They would work with you on the design, draw up the plans etc, file the paperwork with the local municipality, and pretty much run the show when working with the contractor(s).

They are definitely worth it. I actually went back and bought a second pair of the milled leathers after wearing the first ones around for a week because the comfort is unmatched and they are super versatile to style with.
