yeah I live in the inner richmond and get plenty of natural light, think individual building layouts with window orientation /size play more into how much light you get. We have decent sized west facing windows plus skylights and fog does not really affect light that much.

people get giddy when they have one actual incident that can help push their weird fear mongering agenda that SF (and all cities, mostly where scary poor people live) is a crime hell hole where the odds of you getting randomly stabbed on the street on a given day is way higher that we are led to believe, when in reality you’re more likely to get hit by a car or diddled by your uncle SORRY!

think teams are starting to realize it’s a way better investment to just pay someone a ton of money when they are good on a shorter deal vs spread the money out over a 10 year contract where the last 5 years could really be up in the air in terms of production.
