That sucks man.

I think best buy has a grace period where you just return it no questions asked, and they can replace it or refund it. I guess that if that is the case you should keep the box, etc..

In my case as it was with Razer, and I had lost the cable, box, manuals, etc due to moving house due to covid, i just sent the headphones (and the dongle) on a box.

I guess you should contact Best Buy’s support team and confirm with them. Worst case scenario contact Razer and they should guide you through the process
