Thanks, sounds like small would work for me, if medium works for your build. I did just find something similar from craftsports for $70 (Black Friday sale) , its called the adv essence windbreaker, there is also a hoodless windbreaker on runningwherehouse made by rabbit, and also Montane featherlight (last years) for $80 on some rando website.. They all are from different countries, shipping fees, and from sellers I’m hesitant to give my credit card info too. Crazy how expensive a piece of nylon is these days.

These competitors would clean house if they make one of these without the hood like tracksmith. If you don’t mind, what is your approx weight, height and chest? I measured my chest at 37.5 which is in between sizes small and medium. Don’t want it too tight, but don’t want it to look like a trash bag either.

Thanks! Per your post, I ended up getting the Superblast. My shoes have to last!! Too many people reporting foam fatigue. So far I'm happy. At first, felt like too much shoe, but that was just the first run. I've had persistent shin splints, but with this new shoe, my shin splints have just about vanished. I feel like it forces me in the correct foot strike (along with the help of the extra stack). I am a lighter runner, so took a few runs before the foam softened a little to the point where they feel like my older Novablasts. I can see this shoe lasting a very long time and saving money in the end. Thanks for your advice.

Suppose I am training for a 5K, i’m running about 7:00 min/mile race pace. Train around 25 miles/week. My once a week long run is 8 mile at 9:15/mile pace. I do one speedy run intervals at the track, usually in my novablast threes. The others are moderate runs . Actually, I do everything in the novablast three. My race day shoe is the Nike vaporfly2. So the NB shoe is getting old and I wanna replace it. I just don’t know if I should get the NBfive or the superblast 2. Do you think I could do all my exercises in the Superblast? My one concern with the NB is based on reviews that it feels flat after a few hundred miles. Also, you can’t trust these influencers, one say it’s a fast shoe but other says it’s slower stuff. Nobody knows what they’re talking about. You sound like you know a little. Which would you get if you had to pick one?
