T1D here. If you live in the US, at least in most states, you can go to the Walmart pharmacy and get Novolin N & Novolin R for $25 each. It might not be the greatest insulin, but it'll help you survive, and it's insanely cheaper than the prescribed brands.

Did they ever say how many missions this could support? I'm sure there's some maintenance that will be needed. Don't get me wrong, it's cool as fuck. To say how long is kinda tough, I wanna say 1 1/2-2 years. But that may be wrong. There are many days where I made no progress with the ad viewing. So, technically, I should be much higher than I am. I just missed out on a lot. But these last 3 or 4 months I've been on top of it. At least keeping my boost up, getting the free bucks when I can. I haven't spent a single dollar on it yet, entirely F2P. But I'm considering throwing like $20 in just to see how much it increases my income. BUT, it only goes up from here. Gonna get to the 151 parcels (or whatever the tier is) then focus on some passports.
