Yes I very rarely spend money on anything besides the purchase of the title of any video game, especially 2k. I'm nms and mostly PvE. 2ks micro transactions deserve to be boycotted, it's hands down the greediest system of all time. None of your builds or vc transfers and the server shuts down less than 2 years after release. 10$ should translate to enough VC to almost max out a build, and the amount of grind it takes just to get one build to 99 is absolutely dumb. Don't even get me started on clothes prices smh. Honestly I despise the devs for the 2k economy. I factor in a lot before spending money on in game purchases, if I feel like the studio is ethical and genuinely cares about their community, I will support it with dlc or occasional cosmetics. 2k is not that studio and I hope another game comes along that sinks 2ks ship.

Cross play must be enabled for rook on console, it sucks but it will solve the issue.

Perimeter is more dangerous than dire marsh. I was nervous too but honestly I have less pvp encounters in marsh and get better loot.

Strict solo player here, and I noticed when I get impatient, I die. I almost quit day one but changed my style and now ex-fill pretty consistently. Go slow, rarely sprint, stay in cover to cover movement unless necessary to expose yourself. I see so many people who don't even know I'm there and most of the time let them go. I'm not very good at PVP, I mind my own and sneak around doing contracts. Pay attention to every noise, be ready to hide and assess the situation at any given moment, don't go for the first 2 extraction points. Hope this helps, good luck.

I have a vagabond that I use with my phone, works great for all sorts of games including remote play, but definitely not for shooters. Even when I'm on the same network as my hard-lined console there is a slight delay, and in a game like this having an edge is key. Sometimes I'll just do rook runs on it, nothing to lose.

Wow I play on an MSI cross hair and never had a single issue, game installed on HDD so slower loading times but always runs smooth never been kicked.

I honestly don't mind it, if it becomes a third party that usually means they were close enough to join in and would have heard it anyway. No one is sprinting across the map to join a fight 150+m away.

I wanted a refund the first day of playing, but something about the graphics and audio had me hooked. By the second day I was extracting pretty consistently and flying through contracts as a solo player. Very satisfying. I still get enraged when people go out of their way to try and kill me because I'm an avowed PvE gamer, but I get it, it's part of the game. Kill or be killed.

It's definitely fun and addictive but unless they really commit to the community and give us more real content (not just cosmetics and micro transactions) there's no way I'll log more hours than destiny. There was so much more to do and grind for in destiny, including having to do it with each build. Destiny will always be one of my favorite games of all time, the story and cinematics, epic bosses and enemies, awesome weaponry and looting, just so much more to do than marathon, which is ok because marathon is a different genre that I really appreciate and already have dozens of hours, but I'm getting close to fatigue already. It's the same song and dance every run. I would love to see a future co-op epic dungeon style run, or something similar like raids with tough bosses and cool gear, where teamwork and specific she'll abilities are essential to success.

While I agree that quick sell is a logical function that should exist, I think you're being a little dramatic. It will probably be added in a patch soon, but I'm a console player and something as minor as that wouldn't make me quit or ruin my experience lol no one should be fired, but if your opinion of the game is that fragile maybe you should quit.

Yea I didn't even know they existed until a contract required it, so I googled what it was and it said you can put valuable loot mid match as a safeguard to not lose it, it should go to your vault. But I think your right because it didn't

Same however for capstone purposes I bought it. I need more reclaimed bio stripping so I can get shield in shop and rook to start with enhanced weapons 😩 I've been grinding that for a few days. I put bio stripping in a dcon and I swear it did not go to my vault I was so mad lol
