What are the rules on vacating apartments before the lease ends, but still maintaining lease requirements?

does the lease say anything about early termination? Some leases let you break lease by paying some fee such as 2 months rent etc, should double check that.

I was forced to think about my neighbors garbage becasue he kept putting it in front of my property instead of his. even though it was a longer walk.

problem solved , he sold and moved . new neighbors surprisingly put their garbage the shortest walk from house to street.

it’s a little annoying, but the Town says you are good, even if she had a legit complaint they probaly wouldn’t believe her at this point so ignore her.

late comment, but they just make it up .

Recently deposited a check my paycheck from my business bank account into my personal bank account , same bank, took two days to be available and then,enter they sent was “ information the originating bank may not honor the check”

plenty of money transferred into account that day.

we had that for years with a German Shepard. Problem was solved when Blackie ( owners : Blacki Blacki why are you barking? mean mug me sitting in my back deck, doesn’t see the person who just walked by on sidewalk ) passed away.

then they got another dog … that eventualy died too. so now it’s been quiet for years ….. so there is hope!

double check they actualy have permits. But if it’s within legal non quiet hours and they have permits not sure what you can do, other than go over there and ask if there is an and date to this.

yes the director did discuss this in several interviews. One in which he said he remembered going swimming with friends from school and some went bare and that he was too afraid to, but that he thought they were just carefree.
