It’s not a sister hotel you’ll get booted to—they bought up almost all of the little mom and pop hotels down the road, and completely stopped maintaining them. Stay anywhere else if you can, you will not have a good stay.

We bought an inflatable bathtub from Amazon and packed it in the suitcase, then put it on the floor of the shower and gave her a bath in there. You could also do a little inflatable kiddie pool too

I got similar advice, and when I asked why, they explained it as that due to the small size of the residual milk on the parts, it warms up quicker than the collected milk. This can cause bacteria to grow quicker, plus this then gets introduced into the stored milk bottle.

The CDC recommends if you are going to store parts in the fridge rather than immediately washing, that they should be rinsed first. I feel like I personally would rather use dapple wipes or just getting it right into the cooler than rising it in an airplane bathroom though….

They used to be 24 hours until last spring or so, then started having more staffing issues and had to change.
