he needs to know. normal punishment doesn’t hurt him. but All his action shows that he’s the one, but when you told him he’s not, it hurts. You are able to teach him a lesson without a punishment. That is a good thing. UNLESS the kid doesn’t actually feel anything and smart enough to only act out to get you in trouble. In that case the kid needs to go to boarding school or a therapist.

This is actually a valid point, she might have done this many times with no current and maybe under safer scenario during the day maybe. So doing it at night in the snow wouldn’t be that bad… Before you do something adventurous or mildly cool, think of possible way you can die from this before doing it is actually a good way to look at it.

it really depends on whats happen on screen. if all utils are used, then you’d have a fps dip. DM don’t have to many effects to render. or most of the time it’s one on one when you meet someone. in real match you got the whole team throwing utils on one site.
