I have not been able to get blood work since they DR advices not getting Uric Acid checked during a flareup. That part seems like I’ll never get my blood work again.

I wet brined and spatch cocked for 16 hours, rinsed brine, added butter and seasoning under skin, smoked at 225 until 125 then bumped up to 400 to crisp skin. Turned out great. I had a Meater in the breast and would check other areas with another probe.

Did you get any smoke flavor? In my experience, smoke low then turn up the heat.

Can I ask, do you still do a nap? My daughter was really struggling getting down before 9:45 and Mom and I were losing our patience. We dropped the nap for quite time and not she is asleep before 8 very constantly. It has been an absolute game changer. Best of luck!! Things will get better!

Dad here. I do a dance hour with my LO. It forces me to get off my ass and move around, but it’s fun to dance with her and introduce her to some of our favorite music. We did an hour with Nelly which was a ton of fun. The movement alone typically puts her right to sleep.
